I currently have a Premium version of Rapidgator and I am getting extremely slow download rates.

I have searched the forums and have tried tips as:

Go into settings and disable API for premium downloads
Log into Rapidgator website via browser, cleared cookies.

Try increasing the chunk value, you are currently using 1 chunk. Try with 4 and see how you go. Altering the chunk setting only changes on virgin downloads, so if you've got existing downloads already commenced you either need to right click reset or start a new download to test with. right click reset will loose current data you've downloaded.

I purchased Rapidgator premium accounts, and I downloaded about 100GB with JDownloader, but somehow there no traffic left in my Rapidgator account (999.01GB out of 1Tb is full).

1. Is it common issues? can something be done with it? I emailed rapigator support today, they haven't replied yet.

2. How can I prevent it in the future? maybe my settings or plugins caused this issue?

The traffic accounting side comes from the hoster itself, jdownloader will account scrape your account stats (useage and expire time) once every ~30minutes.

My advice is to wait for rapidgator to respond to why this happened. Your log is nice and clean, you didn't have any connection issues, and you only downloaded with 1 chunk I don't see why your traffic would have been eaten up.

JDownloader2 always stops the downloads randomly even though there seem to be no actual problem. If I stop the download and start it again immediately after the "Connection problems." the download will just continue as if nothing happened. Could be there a way to ignore the connection problem and just continue? This bug is persisting like a year or so.

The JD2 download still continues but it deactivates the file and waits 5min for the next try.

@raztoki thanks for the input man, rapidgator did replied back with 24 or 48 hours, they didn't say what the problem was, but they renew the limit with 999Gb, so it's all good

Rapidgator cannot check account right now.

Also, I keep getting connection errors and then a 3-4 minute countdown timer. Is there a fix for this?

Sounds like firewall/av issues.
Try settings -> plugins-> search for rapidgator and disable the use of api and see if that helps

I have a problem with Jdownloader 2 (OSX) that I just cannot seem to find why it is happening, it works OK for around 1 hour, then it seems to want to check my Rapidgator account for some reason and will not allow anything to be downloading, the account cannot be checked for any reason event though if I got to Rapidgators website and login ok, I can see that all is ok, and the only way I can get this to work correctly is to uninstall JD2 and then reinstall it again and then it works ok again for about an hour. I don't get this issue with any other accounts on the same systems.
