Default Captcha and Ubiqfile

Hi
I have a problem that I don't understand: I'm able to login to my Ubiqfile account on their webpage, but I can't refresh the account from JD. I'm being asked to solve a Captcha and I have been trying to do so 10-20-30 times a day for a week now, but it doesn't work?

The page at the top says Jdownloader (see picture), what's wrong?

Poul

Try the incognito/private mode of your browser. Don't forget to allow the extension to work in that mode.
Also please provide a debug log. Enable Settings-Advanced Settings-Log.debugmodeenabled and restart JDownloader. Next time you encounter this problem, please create a log, see https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs and post the shown logID here

ok cool. So I did a bit of digging and found the way to get around this is to change default browser to Mozilla temporarily and now I can log in to ubiq as I solved the captcha in Firefox!

Thanks for the feedback. So just by using different browser you could improve the captcha situation for yourself?

Sorry I've been away for a few days. I've just come back and tried to login to ubiqfile on JD2, now I have this same problem on all browsers. Seems like it's a captcha issue rather than anything else. really likeing annoying because I can't log in to ubiqfile without captcha.

Funny thing is it works perfect when you're in incognito mode, but I can't figure out how to open a new chrome/firefox browser window from JD2 AND get the extension to work properly
