Default Problem with proxy and certain file host

Half the times I use proxies, certain file host is blocked for the proxy location. When this happens, JD wants to download from that host through the proxy - first it takes some time, then it fails and JD marks the proxy as problematic. Which is wrong because it's only bad for that specific file host. I have to either go to settings and re-enable the proxy or disable affected mirror and force JD to process another mirror for that file.

Can this be fixed?

Hi,

did you do this via while-/blacklist?

Please post your log-ID here | bitte poste deine Log-ID hier.

EDIT

It would also be good to have your proxy login credentials.
You can send them to us via: support@jdownloader.org

I found the whitelist/blacklist feature so I'll try that for now. Thanks.

blocked in what sense? header response, or just not responding to a socket connection?
first can be detected and the plugin can set an exception accordingly, second is a harder to know the true cause.

Blocked by proxy's ISP. I don't know which exact way is used, but it shows like a connection timeout.

blocked subnets via isp or general proxy provider at the socket layer are near impossible to detect, than post diagnosis via assumptions. As in works with these but not those, after x tries add it to the 'those' list.
