Default megaupload.com premium problem

greetings :-)

i purchased a premium megaupload account, but when i enter my premium information into jdownloader, it continually shows "invalid account", and greys out. i have removed the account, and re-entered it, with the same results. i'm not sure what, if anything, i am doing wrong, but i would like to download as a premium user, not a free user, and i am simply not able to do it at this time.

i don't know if it's me, my account, or jdownloader that is the problem...any help, advise or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

thank you so much for your time and effort

regards,
vixen

hello,

yes, i can use the premium account from my browser; megaupload is checked, not megauploaded; i'm sorry there are no links or logs, i'm new and didn't/don't know how to include those sorts of things. perhaps you could guide me, rather than scold me? i'm happy to do whatever is required to find out what the problem is.

thanks again for you time. i have to go to work now, so it will be several hours before i can respond again, but i will check this forum when i get home.

regards,
vixen

ok, i just got home and thought i'd check the forum, but i see no other replies. i'd like to figure out this issue, so if someone could direct me as to where to find/upload logs and whatever else is needed in order to resolve my dilemma, i'd greatly appreciate it.

thank you for your time.
