Exclamation Download Stop !!!

I have a problem with JDownloader and Windows 11.
When I download on 1fichier, after a while the download freezes and I can't restart it.
Worse than that, I can't kill the Jdownloader process (I have access denied).
The only solution is to restart the PC.
I tried PSKill, etc etc..
Nothing to do ...
Obliged to restart with the power button ....

I completely reinstalled JDownloader in the default directory

Am I the only one with this problem?

Only the download blocks... Everything else responds and works normally (except restart and quit)...

The download directory is a network share on Nas Synology (HAT5300-8T disk).

@Hiram: change download directory to local drive and see if problem still exists.
my first guess would be some issue with network/nas/raid or the hdd itself (could not find details if this hdd is smr or not).
Blocking in kernel (eg blocking while writing data to disk) can't be killed by taskmanager

I changed the download directories and everything went very well... (SSD disk SKHynix_HFS001TEJ9X115N)
no download crash...

My Nas disks are not in SMR.
4 Hdd HAT5300-8T in 1raid
4 Hdd WD8003FFBX in 1 other raid

From what I looked at none are in SMR, they are in CMR.

Thanks a lot for your answer !!!!!

Not yet, because it should also work just fine when downloading to NAS or have you found/solved the underlying issue? Maybe NAS has some logs? Or check windows logs for samba errors
