ich habe mal auf der Flashgot Seite nachgefragt und der Entwickler meinte nach Ansicht meiner Log Dateien

It's a bug on JDownloader's side.
It seems they removed the feature which returned the path to their executable if invoked without links, and return an error JSON message instead.
Feel free to post on their forum cross-referencing this answer of mine.
