I've tried downloading the 720p version of this one video twice now, same results.

According to twitch the video is 6.19.57 in length, when downloaded it's 6.23.21, the video plays fine but near the end there's some skips, which is kinda weird since it has a longer timeline.

No other video I've downloaded has done this, is there just something wrong with this particular video?

Is the video complete? Downloaded is longer than it should be, so I guess twitch has some additional information about playtime which is not used by plugin

Yeah it's complete other than some weird skipping near the end, I will check to see if said skips are on the video if played from the website.
