Hi,

I'am unable to reproduce this error?
Do you use filesmonster in premium mode?

I do not have an account.
I don't know the cause.
I can download from the browser.
"Skip-account unknown" is displayed in JD2.
JD2 is the latest version.

Which browser are you using and where are you from (country)?

Do you have an adblocker enabled?

Access from Japan
Using chrome
Adblock is valid, but there seems to be no ads on the download page

I tried to launch JD2 after connecting to the UK with a VPN connection, and the same error.
Unfortunately, we didn't resolve it, but thank you for your efforts.
After all, I downloaded everything from the browser.

Hm okay.

What you could try is to save th html code of the filesmonster download page and post it here as this is effectively what we need to work on this issue.

Hi, I have similar problem here.
By using JD2, an error - skip account unavailable occurs.
But by using web browser, download from filesmonster works fine without premium account.
Here is the link to the file: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

Premium required via browser here.

Where are you from (country)?
Please open your URL without the "wbst=bla" at the end and check if you also get the "premium only" message then.

Premium account required here as well
Looks like same as here
https://board.jdownloader.org/showth...t=filesmonster
JDownloader only receives the response with *premium only* while the browser shows free+premium option.
Maybe a teamviewer session would be good to check this as we could not reproduce the issue

@TomYam
If you go to the source site where you find your filesmonster URLs and click on them, do yopu always get free downloadlinks?
What happens if you then take your filesmonster URL and open it in a private browser window?

My theory is that they're checking the referer header and only allow free downloads if a certain referer is set ...

I am sorry for leaving this over a month.
I hit (at least) the second incident of this filehost and opened this thread, which I bookmarked a month ago, and realized that I needed to respond.

Here is my response.

As to
> What happens if you then take your filesmonster URL and open it in a private browser window?

This time, (I am not sure what was like the last time) I tried to this link:
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
As shown, it seems to have a referer in its URL.
I opened a private window of firefox and paste this link (while even downloading this exact file from there). And... the free download link is there. When I click it, the download link is generated, proceeding to recaptcha page and then 30 sec count down starts. Like I said, even while downloading the exact file in a normal window.

Does this support your theory?

Hi again TomYam,

indeed the referer inside that URL is the key.

I've added support for this for the next update.
You will have to delete- and re-add existing filesmonster URLs as JD marks them as "premium only" upon adding them if it fails to find any free downloads.
