Default Plugin Updates? (JD2)

How long does it normally take for Plugin updates when there is an error? The FAQ says:

Quote:
This version gets the updates directly after a programmer has made a change and uploaded it on the server (60 minutes - 24 hours later).
But after 5 days, the one I have been keeping an eye on still shows an error and is at 0% being fixed apparently so what is the actual and more usual ETA on stuff like that? As the FAQ seems a little inaccurate.

I appreciate all the work that goes into this stuff though of course

Please, check if your antivirus/firewall is not blocking JD2.

Well I am still getting updates so I guess it couldn't be right? I also get the 'You have the latest version' message too.

This is the one I was referring to anyhow:

That FAQ doesn't apply, because a fix hasn't been made.
