JDownloader2 - 1fichier.com IP Block
Hi, I am wondering if I can get some help with this issue I'm having please?
I have a 1fichier Access account with unlimited downloads. I'm trying to download files in batch so I can leave them running in the background, rather than individually clicking the links and downloading (which will take me 2-4 months, 15 hours a day). I am constantly hit with an 'IP block' for one hour. Once that one hour is up, it tries to retry, and instantly hit with an 'IP block' again. This has happened all day today. How do I bypass this IP block with 1fichier? Because it's really beginning to irritate me as I've been stuck since morning and it's night now. |

Anyone can help me out please? I've messaged 1fichier, and i'm just told to resort back to JDownloader. Is there no one out there to help please?

We're also in 'the dark' and don't know what is causing those temp. IP blocks. We guess (because of reports) that it might happen when you download many files in small time window or download specific data amount in time x.
For testing I would set max downloads to 1 concurrent downloads and check if it keeps happening. Or set speed limit and slowly increase the limit. We don't know if there is a files/time limit, or a data/time limit.....We just guess that such a limit must exist as it only seems to happen to ppl downloading many files or very fast connection. We're currently working on plugin update to work on api (as suggested/asked for by 1fichier support)

Apologies for the late reply. Many thanks for getting back to me pending this issue. It's a shame to see that this is an ongoing issue, but glad to see that it isn't just me having the problem. Hopefully this gets sorted as soon as possible.
I have been messing aroiund in the settings, and setting max downloads to 1 made no difference unfortunately. I also changed the max speed limit to very low and again, made no difference at all. Thanks for your reply! and once again, hopefully this is issue is amended as soon as possible for users. Can I ask though, how long has this issue been going on for and brought to your attention? |

The issue is known since several months now, see https://board.jdownloader.org/showth...light=1fichier
But we haven't yet figured out why it happens to some and not to others, or any sign that might trigger this, we're still in the dark. That's why we hope that switching to official api will relieve the situation

I faced the same problem, it took me 1 week to download 5 GB from there because of the IP block.

One 5gb file or many small files? fast/slow connection? what was max downloads/max connection settings? anything that could help to find cause of this

Thanks. We're near releasing plugin update with api support and then we'll see if that helps to improve the situation or not

1Fichier and IP Blocking
many users with premium accounts in 1Fichier have problems downloading files that have a password in 1Fichier
After half an hour downloaded 1Fichier blocks the IP. I think it's a kind of problem with the 1fichier API code and with the Jdownloader I think that the repeated sending of requests to the server to resolve the password of the file to download, I think 1Fichier sees it as an attack on the premium account and blocks the IP for one hour for security. The recommendations of 1fichier is Turn off your account option to show the download menu. and no more than 10 simultaneous connections. but even if you meet these two simple rules, the problem is not solved I have created a record of the problem: 21.04.19 09.35.45 <--> 21.04.19 10.19.55 jdlog://3823876935451/ Last edited by AlvRo; 21.04.2019 at 11:29. |

the problem is not the slow or fast connection, or the simultaneous connections, the problem is the password I have already tested with other users with premium accounts. downloading the same files in two different situations With password and without password in the files. If the files have a download password, the IP is blocked if you download the same files that previously blocked the IP but deleting the password of the files there is no blocking problem |

Mismo Problema
I have the same problem with 1 file in files that weigh less than 1 gb and the files that I try to download are without a password, it is worth mentioning that less than 20 days ago I worked without problems from nothing, I got a pop-up window that told me that 1ficher had been temporarily desabhilited

1. When making an error when logging into your account, enter an incorrect password 2. because you log in to your account with an IP from a different country, but after that blocking time, if you continue with that IP, you can download and upload files without problems 3. If using two factor authentication (2FA) it is not compatible with the JD Last edited by AlvRo; 22.04.2019 at 12:58. |

API flood detection;

Log does only show the "Flood detected: IP Locked #38" answer but no download/other activity. So no real hint what might have triggered this. Can you upload all logs so we can check for amount of downloads/how many/fast those were. We still don't know what's causing those *flood detect*.

This issue is similar to; https://board.jdownloader.org/showthread.php?t=80940 When you have multiple accounts In JD2 it occurs when you start/restart JD2. The first account connects without any problem, but when it tries to connect to the 2nd account it triggers 'IP Flood' and 5 min wait for the next trial, and after 5min the account connects without any issue, but when it tries the 3rd account same issue triggers (and it goes on and on and on). Something like this should fix this issue; https://board.jdownloader.org/showpo...5&postcount=26 |

1fichier plugin already reuses login. the error doesn't happen during login but on normal check if the session is still valid.
Maybe it's a login limit by 1fichier. What happens when you try to login in browser with multiple accounts one by one. Did you download with those accounts or just login? How many 1fichier accounts do you have in list?

Just login.
4 P.S. I can send my accounts if you'd like that. |

Yes, please send me those to support@jdownloader.org and I will try to reproduce

Login is done via Headers. As documented in the forum our tickets and in the code, their premium API is better than using the website but it is still buggy and you can easily trigger the "flood detection" with ONE SINGLE HTTP REQUEST! This is an issue on their side which they should fix ... -psp-

At least we still don't know what triggers the issue/lock

No we don't but it seems random.
During my extensive testing, I often got the flood warning after the first API call with a newly created apikey! I also documented that behavior in our code. -psp-

So, should I send my account, or is it unnecessary?

No I have an official premium test account.
I've just tested it again and on my first login via API I got this response: Code:
{"message":"Flood detected: IP Locked #38","status":"KO"} Possible workaround: Disable 1fichier API, disable 2-factor-auth in your 1fichier account, add your 1fichier account via username + password to JDownloader. -psp-

Can you make it dual mode? As I would like some of the accounts to use API and for others the regular method.

Nope this is not planned.
Because you have asked this in a separate thread, I will close this one now. -psp-
