Default continuous update of JD2

Dear Sirs,
since some days my JD2 has been constantly updating, I mean 4-5 times a day maybe more, that is somewhat annoying. Since I cannot find any post about this, I believe this is a trouble of mine. Would you please suggest me what to do to approach the problem? Core #29345, Updater #428
Thanks in advance

Hi,
Updates are installed by default when JDownloader closes. Did you change some settings for this?
As JDownloader is still under heavy development there are several updates (can be even 20 or more) per day. That's why we changed it to install on close.

We do not have any changelogs, only the commit messages from svn
1.) svn history command
2.) https://svn.jdownloader.org/projects/jd/repository

I have asked because once I could see one update in a week or so, and suddenly the frequency thereof has increased so much. Anyway, thanks for the answers|!

It often depends if we have changes that need a full build (eg core changes), or a customer reported a bug that needed a full build or we provide new features and find bugs after it going live...with new default "install on exit" it should be a better user experience

I changed the options to ask me about installing updates but it started bugging me so often I changed back to automatic. Guess that is what to expect for a beta version.

Can you tell us what you changed? We can only fix a bug when we can reproduce it.
Here it works fine with install on startup/install on exit/install manually
