after upgrade no premium accounts work
all of a sudden jd2 is asking for a capcha for every file I download. I have premium on depositfiles. uploaded, oboom, filefactory, rarefile, keep2share, and rapidgator. I have refreshed the accounts and it doesn't make any difference. Please advise

Update JDownloader and restart. Then refresh all accounts.

Hi,
I'm having the same issue. Every time I start to downlaod a upload.net file it kept asking for me to complete a capcha, when I checked my account manager it shows my upload account as invalid, if I untick it then re-tick it it shows the account as valid. Please provide a logfile.
Menu -> Help -> Create log and give logID. Works fine here. Please create log after refresh the account and when download still fails. Also try to remove/add the account again.

Ok, I deleted my upload account and then re-added it, I made sure it was valid and then started the download again but same thing happened, it says under status on the download page "Skipped - Account is Missing" and in settings under account it has turned my account red and says "invaild Username/Password", if I untick the account and the re-tick the account all turns green and I get the message "Account is OK"
After this happed I when to Help --> Create a Log, followed the steps and it gave me this: 19.03.15 11.03.42to19.03.15 11.04.20 jdlog://6019209066241/ Hope this helps |

Remove your account and re-add it to make sure that your problems were not caused by the recent bad update.
I can see the problem in your log (uploaded.net) - maybe also change your password and try with a new password.

Please change your pw and re add the account. Uploaded says your pw is wrong even it is correct

I will add backwards support for special chars. Their api has issues with it. Should work with next plugin update or you change pw to have no special chars

OK thanks
update: I changed my upload password, deleted my account on JD then re-added it with the new password and it's working again, also this is after the latest update. Cheers for the support Last edited by Forcefire; 19.03.2015 at 19:55. |
