Package Properties Save To list not keeping changes?

It seems like the Save To drop down only keeps changes to the list for the duration of that instance running. As soon as I restart JD2, for an update or whatever reason, it goes back to old paths. I only noticed this because a higher level folder in my network changed, so none of the old saved paths work.

Is anyone else running into this, or is there a way I can make JD2 update the list to what it is currently running?
