Fixed this about a week ago, can you provide a link that fails? As I've just retested with newer publications and it seems to be working.
Just remember that many links are no longer online, this doesn't indicate that the plugins broken.

oh
sorry jdownloader kept saying that there were no updates because another program was blocking it. works fine now
