Default Max captcha recognition, per file?

It would be possible in future versions to be included in JD on "Settings ", an option that would indicate how many attempts can captchas recognition, and in case of reaching this maximum number, which changes file?

I am sorry for my English, I also leave the question in my language.

******************************

Thanks for the question. I didn't understand it in English but in combination with your beautiful Spanish I think I understood it.

The last part of your sentence means that if a maximum of allowed recognition attempts has been reached (I suppose this is a setting per host plug-in), jD skips the link and tries the next link.

Please, correct me if I'm wrong.

Remi is correct, I had thought could be added in the file jacinfo.xml next to each host, for example:

hotfile.com;3;bitshare.com;5; ....

Es correcto remi, yo había pensado que se pudiera añadir en al archivo jacinfo.xml, al lado de cada Hoster, por ejemplo:

hotfile.com;3;bitshare.com;5; ....

Greetings.

Why would anyone need this?
The plugins handle this automatically!

In the case of using plugins "anti-recaptcha" some servers block the download if you exceed a limited number of failed attempts. If possible, tell JD that when you reach a certain number of attempts and no download starts, the JD jumps to the next link in that same server.

I hope you understand my English Google...

The limits should already be recognized and a waittime should be set on those files.
In case it doesn't work or you get "ouf ot date" errors we need logs!

As I understand this, pspzockerscene is saying that the limit is already in each plugin for which there is a limit.

It would be nice if each of these "limits", regex, and so on were accessible to advanced users.

However, this could lead to a support nightmare. JD users would need to reset all settings for a host, before we offered support.

@drbits
NO, there is no direct handling for max tries.
The plugin just tries again and again.
In general every time a plugin throws an "captcha wrong" EXCEPTION(I say EXCEPTION, NOT tries) 5 times in a row it'll end in a FATAL error.
Also plugins have errorhandling for hosters like fileserve which show a specified text after 3 captchas.
If this text (e.g. "Max tries reached") appears in the HTML Code the plugin handles the error (e.g. wait 5 minutes for all links of this host).

What else do you want??

I think you're referring to the expected limit, not the failed attempts to recaptcha, because that has never worked in JD... :/

What kekojones's trying to say is that the user can enable or disable a limit attempts to solve the recaptcha from JD. Just only turn on or off in general, like a switch.

And then into the jacinfo.xml if do you include the new parameter next to each server:
For example: filesonic/0; fileserve.com/5; bitshare.com/4, etc ...

(where 0 would be no limit of recaptcha attempts)

It's a very innovative option that would be quite important to avoid or bypass the IP ban from servers like Fileserver...

I know it would be a hard effort to integrate these parameters by the JD-Team, but the truth is that the JDownloader could be improved and if you think for a second, would be one of the most used and useful option of JDownloader.

And i also know that Mipony is looking for the way to integrate this option also to their program, I honestly think that if JD wants to be following in the line being the number one in its range needs to innovate before someone else does.

In addition, this option would not necessarily be used only by advanced users, I think today any person using JD will know the limits of the most used servers, so could be used by anyone, would only have on / off, and introduce the parameter into jacinfo.xml.

Honesty is the best idea i've seen so far. Thanks Kekojones.

Well, For all JD-Team, My best regards and Good luck with your program.

see ya

Cool

I've never seen this but if there is a penalty, I think indeed that anticipating this limit for the number of attempts per link-host combination, by skipping links, would be useful.

This shouldn't be a customer-accessible option.

bugtracker: "Added by Jiaz 3 months ago."

Much time has passed since the Kekojone's suggestion, really anyone from the JD-Team would like to start solving the problem?

it's a shame

I'm reviving the issue only to encourage them with the bug problem, and it can be solved soon...

"¡ÁNIMO!"

If you can find a good (java) programmer, please refer her to Getting started as a JD-Developer.
