Default mouse buttons/keyboard shortcuts/touch function changing ?

how can I add or change funtions of buttons/keys or change shortcuts? when I click mouse middle button, selected link removed.I want to change it.also I want to add custom functions to another buttons.I cant customize all buttons with logitech setpoint software.

Similar. but when I click mouse middle button, nothing changed (also its functional as delete button,as I said button is middle button and unchangeable for spesified application.)

Middle-click
