Default Feature request: Mark disabled files as Finished when one of the mirrors is done

I have set up some package rules that automatically sets priorities to downloads based on the Hoster. The really slow ones I set to the lowest priority AND disables them.
So most of the time I have packages downloading with mutlitpe (4,5 even 6) mirrors, some auto-disabled, some set to high priority - all sorted by file name. You can imagine how messy this may get.

And when such a package downloads, some files finished, others not, it gets difficult to see at a glance what has actually finished and what hasn't because of those disabled mirrors not showing as finished even when another mirror has actually finished downloading.

Please consider changing this.

Try if this advanced setting helps:
"GeneralSettings: On Skip Due To Already Exists Action"
If not, please post example links and I'll make a ticket then.

I changed that setting to "Skip file and mark as finished when file is mirror".
I'll report back how that went.

Thank you, pspzockerscene

Edit: No, it doesn't seem to have worked. Screenshots attached.
How to recreate:
1. add to JD's link grabber the links from: **External links are only visible to Support Staff**...
2. Disable the links from Uploaded.net and OBOOM.com right there on the link grabber page (I have packagizer rule that does that and another that sets the links from the other two hosts to highest priority).
3. start the download.

ps: FYI, Now that the package completed downloading, those disabled mirrors still don't show as finished.

Yes because you disabled them.
JD will not touch disabled links.
You should simply enable all but set priority for the hosts you wqant to download from.
JD will then afterwards "try" to download the already downloaded links --> See "of it's a mirror" --> Mark them as skipped with 100%.

Sure I disabled them.
That's what the original post title says and the description clearly states that as well
I needed to resort to that (instead of just lowering priority) because it happened to me in the past that JD started lower priority mirrors.

Well then try again without disabling.
JD will start lower priority mirrors if:
-Max simultan downloads limit of a host is reached (often happens with free download)
-Global user set max simultan downloads per host limit is reached
-Account of a premiumhost (which in this case got highest priority) gets disabled for whatever reason

Exactly! I don't want to tweak max simultan all the time, or keep it set at a low safe value. I think I saw it happen when there was some error with a running DL.
So the safest thing to do is disable it.

It's very kind of you trying to help me work around this, but as I wrote in the thread title, it's a feature request.
Please consider it.
