Default Deleting incomplete downloads

I've been able to customise deleting a downloaded item in the download list via the right-click context menu, as desired ("Delete downloaded files permanently from harddisk & remove links from JDownloader").

I haven't been able to customise doing this with incomplete/unfinished downloads that I've chosen to stop. I'd really like to be able to do this.

In order to delete the relevant .part files, I currently have to open the download directory and do it from there, whereas in previous versions of JD this was possible with the trusted "delete from list and disk" context menu feature.

In JD2, "Delete" from the hard disk only seems to work with completed ("downloaded") files, while "Clean up..." only serves to remove links but not delete partially downloaded files.

Please help. Thanks!

Log please - as far as I know, this should also work with incomplete files.
Please provide a log and show us your customized settings/menues - maybe also add the exported file of your menu(es).

It does work with incomplete files - now. In the past few days, this has worked, whereas it didn't work at the time when last I posted about this. There was an update that day; I don't know whether this solved the problem. Either way, it works now as I would like.

That said, in a related matter, I'm still trying to get to add to the Download List area the following right-click context menu entires WITHOUT clicking on an item in the list, but rather in any space in the Download List area. I've added these entries, but they don't work. Is this possible?

Delete
Clear Downloadlist
Delete Links: finished

I've ensured that "Item is visible for empty selections" is checked in the right panel (Edit Menu Node), and the three options, above, appear in my Menu Customizer, but they don't show when "Apply", "Save" and finally right-click in the empty area of the download area/list.

By way of example, "Expand/Collapse All" works to perform its right-click task without having to click on a link in the Download List and I'd like to be able to Delete, Clear All Links, and Clear All Finished Links in the same way.

I've previously asked about this before, here...

http://board.jdownloader.org/showthread.php?t=60229

... where the answer, while very helpful in its intent, remains inconclusive. Perhaps you can help.

Many thanks again.

Please post your exported context menu settings here so we can check/fix this!

Please simply explore this and post the file here so we can make sure we got exactly the same settings you have.

What you sent me via PM was a full backup of your JD2.
I only need the context menu - at the buttom of the menu edit window, there are export/import buttons
