Default Feature request: column sizes in target directory dialog

Let's say my default target download folder is /home/ubuntix/downloads and there I have a bunch of subfolders:
  • short_1
    • s_sub_1
    • s_sub_2
    • s_sub_3
    • s_sub_4
  • short_2
  • short_3
  • short_4
  • short_5
  • some_long_foldername_1
  • some_long_foldername_2
  • some_long_foldername_3
  • some_long_foldername_4
  • some_long_foldername_5

If I want to move a package from the default folder to a subfolder and open the dialog, everything is fine (screenshot 1).

But if I want to move a package from short_1 to some_long_foldername_3, the "Name" column is very narrow and long names get truncated with "..."
In this scenario, the dialog starts in short_1 (screenshot 2) and the column is fine at this moment.
Now, I go up one level, and the column is narrow (screenshot 3).

As solution, I suggest always using the maximum possible column width (like in the initial folder) for every folder I go to.
