I am encountering an unknown error when attempting to add credentials for danbooru.donmai.us to the account manager:
org.appwork.storage.simplejson.ParserException: Illegal Char

I'm able to replicate the error and have attempted to log it below;

Maybe try to open the website in browser first and maybe different IP/VPN/proxy might help.
JDownloader will not work if cloudflare is active
